SITUATION  Small basement  Cramped  Slow computers  Takes a long time to put information in  Not enough people working  Not enough time

BY HELPING US YOU HELP MANY OTHERS TOO

ACTIONS What we would like to add:  New office space in Stillwater Why?~ To open up our office so everyone can have more space  2 new workers to help with financing Why?~ Get things done faster and more efficient  New computers Why?~ Enter data faster and more accuratly

OFFICE SPACE  Basement  Not work friendly  Busiest season  3+ months  Populated area=More business  More people to hire

ONLINE IN THE WORKPLACE  Organization is important in the workplace  Donate from our website  Speed things up  Entering data will take less than half the time it takes us now

RECOMMENDATION Employees- Hire people out of business college, $1,000 for new equipment and hiring, work for 6 months for $20,000 Office Space- Located in Stillwater to attract people, 45 x 30 feet, each price for the building is different New computers- Fast, updated computers and monitors, $600 a piece

BUILDINGS Option 1 Option 2Option 3 $4,500 for 3 months

IMPLEMENTATION To pay for all of these things we can do a number of things  Sell our old computers  Host more events to make money  Sell donated food at our event
