Advancing Ministry Health The Center is a non-profit Christian ministry whose purpose is to advance ministry health. Our two primary sources of funding are donors’ generosity and fees we receive for our services. THE CENTER’S MISSION

Advancing Ministry Health Expect and Endure Hardships Keep a Healthy Attitude Relentlessly Focus on Mission Guard the good deposit that was entrusted to you—guard it with the help of the Holy Spirit who lives in us. 2 Timothy 1:14 GUARDING YOUR CHURCH FROM THIEVES

Advancing Ministry Health Helping your church to discern and fulfill its unique place in God’s mission. Listening to God, your church, and your community through a Church Health Assessment. Discerning your church’s unique vision and priorities through a Ministry Planning Process. Coaching for leaders, decision-making, church communication, and implementing your ministry priorities. THE CENTER’S APPROACH

Advancing Ministry Health WHAT TO DO NOW 1.Remember, the church is a body and every body will have seasons of health and seasons of struggle. 2.There may be some hurt and disappointment at East Swamp, but there is no crisis. Be thankful. 3.East Swamp is vulnerable. Small mistakes can have costly consequences. Be careful. 4.Do not rush or pressure leadership for filling any positions quickly. 5.You have capable pastoral staff and elders who will communicate with you, along with your help will keep ministry moving. 6.Guard your spirit and protect the unity. Pray for your leaders.
