 It records all the materials purchased by the company  The system manage the bad orders and variants materials inside the Hotel  It also responsible in releasing materials needed by different department coming from the stock room  It Has a Network Sharing of files/Reliable Connection  Use Information Security and only authorized users can change or edit data.  Has an Inventory control which involves the procurement, care and disposition of materials.  It can print data reports needed by the company WHAT THE SYSTEM DOES AS A WHOLE?
