So how much can I earn? Each day Basic Salary = £100 If utilised this increases to 60% of that days core rate. So if you have a utilisation rate of 80%: => 208days * £450 core rate * 60% + 52days * £100 = £ % would be over £70,000

WORK – LIFE Balance Cridler Promotes a Work-Life Balance rule. Where possible, all work is commutable from home We prefer to pay above market salaries to increase employees standard of living. Small Company - You are not just a number!

What is the “Core” Rate? Some rates include expenses some do not. Expenses can have a huge range of values from local work to international work. Hence an agreed Core Rate is set for each project. Projects close to Home are promoted by Cridler.

Growth Bonus All new Employees that are recruited through an employee will have a % rate of only 59% rather than 60% this 1% goes to the recruiter. This value is unlimited.

Platinum Status You will be invited to Platinum status after excellent performance or long service: The Core Rate % rises to 70! Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum
