Agenda 1.Business Case 2.Stakeholders 3.Approach 4.Review of Business Function Map

Business Case What program or business needs will this project address? How will this help DPW to achieve its goals?

Stakeholders Who are the primary users of the system or tool? Which program areas or systems will be impacted by this system or tool? Have/will all the stakeholders participate in the project phases?

Approach How will this project or system address the business need? What are the business processes you’ll need to support? To your knowledge, are there existing solutions or processes in place that perform the functions you require? Does the business need dictate the need to integrate with or utilize any of the enterprise applications or tools (e.g. Data Warehouse, MCI, MPI, GIS)?
