2016 PROJECTIONS – Ad Valorem – June 1 st estimate came $1,804,093,988 or 1.51% + increase from prior year. July 1st we will receive a revised figure from P/A. Population Estimate: 37,895 Population Est. +0.2% from prior year State Revenue - Estimated revenues have not come out yet. Expecting figures sometime in July. Medicaid impact will be approx. $110,000 increase. Total Insurance increases are unknown at this time. Health increase of 8.3%. Liability unknown at this time. Retirement rates came in fairly flat.
