TARGET SETTING AND BASELINES. INDICATORS  PO is at present on negotiation with EC and target values & baselines are not incorporated for PO approval step. These values are going to be incorporated with Ex-Ante condition 7.  Baselines are historical and based on values of programming period.  Values for baselines & targets come from central and regional sources.  Specific output indicators are shown on next slide  Program specific output indicators are not used and,  No one target result indicator is set to zero. BASIC STRUCTURE OF FILE AND DATA GATHERED ON YG IS  Personal data: name and surname, identity card (UE citizen, Third Country citizen), date of birth, home address / contact, census registration, phone,  Data of personal characteristics: family, gender, nationality and civil status data  Social circumstances: characteristics of housing, driver's license and ownership of vehicle  Academics and professionals: training and qualifications, history of the student, professional experience history  Employment details: history of the worker, jobs, location of the beneficiary with respect to the SS in the last 24 months. REPORTING BASED ON REPRESENTATIVE SAMPLES  Based on Evaluation Plan not yet developed waiting for PO approval  The idea is to apply same method used in Programming Period included in Thematic Evaluations (2,500 direct surveys with 95% of reliability)  Externally performed.
