Endurance: Why is this Important?  Endurance makes your heart stronger  Your heart is the most important muscle in your body  Building your heart will increase oxygen flow.  There for enhancing your overall health!

Goal Building kids endurance by different varieties of activities. For students overall health to increase.

Stopwatch  To measure their time when running.  Increase distance and decrease time for students when running.  When in class we can go outside for a run and use the stopwatch measure our time it took to run a certain distance.  Overall we want the time to decrease.

Pedometer  Measure the amount of steps taken  Students will wear them around when working out  Students will be able to see how many steps they take.  This will allow students to physically see improvement over time.

Conclusion  I believe that these all will benefit the students  Although some may be a little expensive we want our students to be healthy and active  These products can be used over and over  Students will enjoy using, while also improve themselves from these products
