CHAR-LAYS BEDS Founded in 1673 Our mission: Supply all people with a bed. Even those who cannot afford one. Testimony: Char-lays Beds was founded after Charlie got trapped Jake kippes’s dungeon and had to sleep on the hard floor. After that I decided to make sure no one had to go through what I had to.

SITUATION Not enough staff members Buildings to small Not enough money Inventory limited Very little supplies

ACTIONS find new cheep buildings and fix them up add on to the buildings that we have now people for minimum wage ads to find more people to come help

RECOMMENDATIONS Add 30ft by 40ft to all of our buildings more Ford F150 trucks double the equipment that we have find five to ten more workers per building

IMPLEMENTATIONS If you gave me $800,000 I would add on to our buildings($550,000) I would buy more vehicles($175,000) Double our current equipment($25,000) Lastly, I would pay for advertisement($50,000)
