Collectively as His church As Individual Christians Christians ARE the Temple of God Collectively as His church 1 Corinthians 3:16 “Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you? If any man defile the temple of God, him shall God destroy; for the temple of God is holy, which temple ye are.” As Individual Christians 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 “What? Know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit which are God’s.”

Christian, You are the Temple of God “I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service. And do not be conformed to the world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God” (Romans 12:1-2).

“The Lord is in His Holy Temple, Let all the earth keep silence before Him.” (Habakkuk 2:20) Is Your Temple Made Holy by the Presence of God? Are You Living in such a way to make His dwelling place Holy? Is God’s Presence Welcome in You?
