Select Torn Area

Cut Selected Area

Paste it Back In to Make Floating Layer

Create New Layer, Select It, and Make It Only One Visible

Use Fuzzy Select Tool to Select White

Cut Selected Area

Move to Layer Mask and Select Paintbrush

Select Black

Switch Out of Layer Mask and Cut

Switch to Other Layer

Select and Delete Black

Show Both Layers

Move Top Layer to Proper Position

Merge Down

Clone Tool

Convert to Black and White

Black and White Result

Back to Color for Colorization

Doesn’t Look Different

Select Suit

Colorize

Colorize Tie the Same Way

Lighten Shirt
