Substance Abuse Prevention Parenting Programs Guiding Good Choices Coalition Building Community Alcohol Coalition – Can You Afford It? OD Prevention Workgroup – Smart Medicine Substance Abuse Treatment Outpatient program of substance abuse counseling services based upon an abstinence orientation to the individual.
