Guidance Group Functions Physical Physical – set meeting schedules, meeting place, arrange meals and audio/visual tools Organizational Organizational—set agendas, assemble strawdogs, maintain voting rolls and participant lists, work with independent facilitator on meeting strategies Disputes Disputes—monitor process progress and evaluate and make recommendations whether issues need to enter appeals flow Information Flow Information Flow—ensure communication strategy is properly implemented and meeting expectations Independent Facilitator Functions Conduct meetings and ensure input opportunities for participants Work with participants to resolve conflict including voting process Maintain and post meeting minutes
