When are they INSPECTED? TEACHERS on PROBATION are frequently inspected in order to be provided with support & guidance for a smooth adjustment to their duties.

PRINCIPAL’S INSPECTION emphasis is put on: - How the school generally functions - The Principal’s role and contribution towards achieving the aims and objectives set by the school unit

REPORTS (i) PERSONAL INFORMATIVE FORM All teachers fill in the form and submit it through their Principal to their Inspector

Teachers’ appraisal The Inspector refers to and draws on those criteria, according to his own judgement, in which the teacher distinguishes him/herself to a great extent or does not perform adequately
