What’s happening out there Sam Houston State University Continued with their planned service projects Is in the process of putting a booth together for the Houston Livestock Show And is planning on inducting around 40 new members at their next meeting Fort Hays State University Initiated 5 new members Is working on some campus fundraisers Holding their chapter quiz bowl

What’s Happening out there South East Missouri State University Holding a food drive to benefit their local community Discussing travel to the National Convention Abilene Christian University Beginning preparations for their annual rodeo Initiated 7 new members

MTSU National Convention I hope many of you are planning to attend our 52 nd National Convention at Middle Tennessee State University on March 4-6 th. From the general sessions and quiz bowl to the General Jackson show boat ride and Ag. Olympics this national convention is set to hold many great times. Also at our convention this year we will be giving back with a national service project. I hope to see you all there! Closing Remarks I hope this spring semester is off to a good start for everyone and that many of you are looking forward to our National Convention. You may continue to send me your form 40s and I will make sure to get them to our future president for the remaining newsletters this year.
