Penrose Penrose provides support and housing for 2,000 people PbR offender contract in Lewisham across the whole IOM pathway Forensic Mental Health residential and floating support services Personality Disorder specialist supported housing from prison Offender supported housing Social Services to retain or gain a home - Luton Hospital Homeless Discharge Penrose Works and PASS

New World No new money for housing this client group Harder welfare reform New CJS pathways v Local authority responsibility for homelessness Greater number of offenders by at least 40,000 requiring support Fewer housing options in London and high populated areas More people forced to live where they do not want to or risk homelessness
