Unaudited Actuals The Unaudited actuals from reflect the actual unaudited revenues, expenditures and fund balances as of June 30, 2010 The District closed the books for on August 31, 2010 Board action is required to approve the Unaudited Actuals

Revenues - $23,793,006 Revenue limit comes from two major sources: State aid $3,515,529 and Property Tax $11,748,838

Expenditures - $25,435,451 86% of Dollars go to Salaries and Benefits 1xxxCertificated Personnel 2xxx Classified Personnel 3xxx Benefits 4xxxSupplies 5xxx Contracted Services 6xxx Capital Items 7xxxOther Outgo

General Fund Ending Balances as of June 30, 2010 Unrestricted $3,901,057 – Balance includes a 5% Reserve For Economic Uncertainties Restricted $2,013,753 – Balance includes ARRA State Fiscal Stabilization Funds received in State required reporting forms which include all funds and supplemental data are components of the unaudited actuals.

Next Steps County Office of Education will review the Unaudited Actuals External auditors will perform the final review in September 2010 Final Audit report will come to the Board in January or February 2011
