Record #1 – World’s Tallest Tree A coast redwood tree named “Hyperion” is the tallest tree in the world. It stands at 115.55 m or 379.1 ft, or about 1 and a half Rogers Centres on top of each other .

World Record #2 – World’s Longest Chocolate Bar The world’s longest chocolate bar was 4 m long. This is about five strides of an average man (0.78 m). YUM!!!

Record #3 – Longest 24 hour run The longest 24 hour run was set by Yiannis Kouros in 1997, who ran 303.506 km. This is about how long Ontario borders New York.

Record #4 – Longest Journey On A Unicycle Lars Clausen made the longest unicycle journey. It was 14686.82 km long. This is about 10 times the size of Yonge St. Not Lars Clausen

Record #5 – World’s Largest Palace The Forbidden City complex in China is the world’s largest palace. It’s area is 720000 m2. This is approximately 1.5 times the size of Vatican City.

Record #6 – Smallest Living Bird The smallest living bird in the world is the bee hummingbird. It is 5-6 cm long on average. For comparison, look at your index finger.

Record #7 – Longest Car The world’s longest car is a 30.48 m long limo with 26 wheels. This is about the size of 151 classroom desks.

Record #8 – Largest Working Video Game Controller The world’s largest video game controller is a Nintendo Entertainment System controller measuring 366 cm long. This is about the length of 12 floor tiles that are 30 cm.

Record #9 – Tallest Man The tallest man to ever live was Robert Wadlow at the amazing height of 2.72 m. This is almost twice the height of an average 5th or 6th grade student.

Record #10 – Smallest Elephant Species The smallest elephant species is the Borneo Pygmy. An adult male is usually between 1.7 m and 2.6 m. This is around the height of an average adult man.
