Instruction slide 1: Under “file” go to “save as” and save this powerpoint to your “my documents” folder in your “geometry” folder. Give the file a name with your name in it so that when you send it to the teacher later she will know it is yours. On the title slide change “your name” to your actual name and put in the actual date.

Instruction slide 2: Add one vocabulary word from the vocabulary list to each slide. Change the font to any style and color you like. Whatever color font you choose for the vocabulary word, use the same color and add lines to the picture showing the meaning of the vocabulary word.

Instruction slide 3: To see the tools for drawing lines, click “view” then “toolbars” then “drawing”. This tool draws segments This tool draws rays and lines. This tool changes the color This tool changes thickness This tool changes arrowheads and direction.

Instruction slide 4: Note: You can use a slide more than once if you like it for more than one word. Go to “insert” and click “duplicate slide”. When you are finished and have at least one slide per vocabulary word: – delete the five instruction slides. –Delete any picture slides you did not use. –Save your file again. – your work to your teacher

Instruction slide 5: Vocabulary List intersecting lines parallel lines perpendicular lines skew lines corresponding angles exterior angles alternate exterior angles interior angles alternate interior angles consecutive or same side interior angles
