3 Procurement Center Representative (PCR) Program Mission Staffing Performance Measurement

4 SBA’s Mission Maintain and strengthen the economy by enabling the establishment and viability of small businesses.

5 Current Staffing 66 PCRs in 28 states covering 255 buying activities –On-site at 19 of the Top 50 activities –25 of the 66 perform other-than-PCR functions Certificates of Competencies (COCs) Size Determinations Subcontracting compliance reviews Small Business counseling

6 Enhanced Program Each PCR is full-time – performs PCR function As vacancies occur, place PCR on- site at the buying activity Fill actions in process Performance Measurement –# of Acquisitions reviews –# of Form 70s (appeals issued) plus Goal Achievement (3 yr. trends)
