FOR 2 ND YEAR STUDENTS “ACADEMIC PRESENTATION” DEPARTMENT OF FOREIGN LANGUAGES

WHY TAKE THIS COURSE? There is a great demand for specialists who can effectively communicate ideas and use writing skills efficiently. This course aims at developing your specific skills in writing and focuses on such genres as: -CV -Letter of Motivation -Functional letters ( s)

OUTCOMES By the end of the course you will learn how to build a strong academic CV and create your own resume. You will also have a chance to practise writing a letter of motivation and you be able to prepare it for your future goals such as applying for a grant or applying for a summer school membership or a degree. Finally, you will have a chance to write a number of functional letters ( s) in order to have rich experience in business correspondence.
