HE IS FREE TO ALLOCATE HIS RESOURCES HOWEVER HE CHOOSES

GOD HAS THE RIGHT TO DIRECT HOW HIS RESOURCES ARE TO BE USED - THEREFORE BE OBEDIENT

WITHHOLDING TITHES IS STEALING FROM GOD
