Summary The book is based on a young unmarried woman leaves her newborn child on the rectory doorstep at a church on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. At the same time a young man is stealing treasured art craft from inside the church, he is stealing a chalice adorned with a single diamond in the middle. The chalice and infant disappear. The women is alvirah The thief is willy The second main idea of the book is trying to solve the case on who stole the baby from the church and who has a clue about who it might be.

Recommendation I dislike the book. Maybe because I wasn’t focus or just wasn’t interested in the book. Of course if it had pictures it would catch my attention. I understand that the author of the book took there time with the book and didn’t think about the book being with pictures. I would recommend that a person that really like reading books would read it but someone like me pick a book with little pictures.
