Mobile Food Facilities (MFF) San Mateo County has a total of 255 permitted Mobile Food Facilities and approximately 170 are Mobile Food Preparation Units. MFF are required to clean and service vehicles in commissary. MFF are also required to dispose their waste water in a sanitary manner. Waste water tanks on vehicles may be up to 45 gallons.
