Updating Student Support Codes Before updating codes, please install the Student Support Template in Report Manager The complete list of Student Support Codes are to be recorded in Win School’s “Reasons for Support Services”
In Winschool, Select School Setup
Click on Newfoundland Lists Click on Reasons for Support Services O
Delete all the old codes EXCEPT 01-Not Applicable Hit “Ok”
Click on Newfoundland Lists Click on Reasons for Support Services O
Because all the old codes EXCEPT 01-Not Applicable are deleted, your screen should look like the screen below.
To Update Student Support Codes To begin entering codes, place your cursor at the end of “01” and hit the “Enter” key to bring up a blank line. You will then see a flashing stroke in the Short Code list in the row underneath 01. You can now proceed to enter the updated Student Support Codes To Save the Codes, Hit “Ok”.
Student Support Updated Codes When the codes are updated, the code numbers should match the List of Student Support Codes (including Programming and Direct Services Codes)
