WORLD WAR I By Caoimhe, Ciara and Katie

 World War I began in July 28 th 1914 and ended in November 11 th  Nearly 10 million people died.  Italy joined the Allies in May THE WAR

 There was more than 30 countries in the war.  The United Sates joined World War I during the final year.  Around 11% of the population of France were killed or wounded.  Here are some countries that were in the war. France, United Kingdom, Germany Russia, New Zealand,Australia, Serbia,India, Canada, Italy. COUNTRIES IN THE WAR

TRENCHES  While in war the soldiers live in trenches.  Trenches were made of mud, wood, sandbags and straw.
