Project Details – Asha Logistics  Is this project shared with another asha chapter, if so which chapter?  Boys branch supported by Hyd but not directly. Asha Hyd Shows the funds in their Tax filing as help done to poor kids (they keep the receipts and stuff). Funds routed through ASHA Varanasi (who has FCRA)  What is the exact location and site visit feasibility?  Saroornagar, Hyderabad  Has this project been in WAH?  No  How old is this project?  Aadarana  What sector of society does it serve (women, tribal, disabled, etc)  Orphans & semi orphans & poor and needy & street children. Founder and few others used to go to tribal and agency regions  Is the project urban or rural?  Urban. Project Impact  How many students are in the school?  26 girls in the orphanage (36 boys)  What are the student demographics?  Orphans & semi orphans & poor and needy & street children  How many students have graduated?  Boys home had results (One guy doing PG at OU after Degree, one guy MBA completed and 2 are doing Btech)  What do the students do upon graduation?  Answered above  Does the organization do anything else other than education related activities?  No  What is the organizations long term outlook?  Establish a own school for both boys and girls  According to you, what is your sense of this projects potential?  This can be a potential long term project. Girls orphanage is in trouble and need support like how the boys home is getting support from ASHA Hyd  Include a funding request (if available)  Need funds to pay fees, uniforms, books and other stuff for girls. Girls cook their own food as there is no cook

FCRA Details  Application for FCRA is filed and review from FCRA related team is completed but may take 3 to 4 months to get the final approval  ASHA Varanasi has FCRA. Funds from US are routed to Varanasi who then send to Hyderabad ASHA.  Hyderabad ASHA volunteers directly utilize the funds for boys orphanage education needs, maintains the receipts, claims in their tax statements  FCRA applied may get in 2 to 3 months  Founder full time at org  Boys – 36 Girls – 26 (address on website)  Orphans & semi orphans & poor and needy & street children  One boy doing PG after degree (OU campus)  One guy MBA completed  2 are doing btech  School for kids – goal  Girls branch 26 kids fees, uniforms, rent  What is the school name that girls go to – Naïve high school, Saroornagar (20)  Rest in saraswathi sishu mandir

Have larger plans to have own building etc. Did not sound organized  Include a funding request (if available)  Need funds for cloths before August 15 th. Need funds for typewriters, infra, Computer in boys hostel.

FCRA details  They don’t have and did not apply yet.. They have no idea about it  Girls – 30  College students, Inter – degree  3 girls got jobs this year so 3 new girls came this year. 15 girls got jobs  Fees, books  Own building, Before august 15 th cloths for kids (24k), fees  Type writter, infrastructure, Computer (boys hostel).  West Godavari – planning to open a branch  Boys - 30
