Earth’s Moon Sunday, June 23, 2013 Album Photography by Jim Bolner, Sr. ©2013 James Bolner, Sr.

These photographs were taken in the early evening of Sunday, June 23. The camera was an Olympus D-40, a small digital camera; I held the camera up to the telescope’s eyepiece. The telescope is a Bausch and Lomb Discoverer telescope, which magnifies from 15 to 60 power and has a 60mm lens. I hope that you enjoy this slideshow. Visit http: //bodoc.net/nature/moon.htm to see more of my moon photography and to see a map of the moon. Preface

The following photographs were taken earlier in the evening. The moon was partially obscured by clouds.
