Parallel-Riding Bicycle PCT/CN08/

 Parallel-Riding Bicycle, a three-wheeled bicycle, permitting operation by two people to pedal jointly shoulder to shoulder that provides the means of transportation, exercise, entertainment, and social life. For its performance in mechanical term is just like the conventional bicycle, we can flexibly operate this three-wheeled bicycle and keep bicycle body balanced even on uneven ground. Besides, the configuration is made strong and can be dismantled and assembled quickly.

Before Now Bicycle permitting operation by two people.

Parallel-Riding Bicycle Principal Bicycle and Two Types of Auxiliary Bicycles

Three Directions To Look

 The bicycle body comprises one conventional single operator bicycle attached with one auxiliary bicycle. Parallel-Riding Bicycle can be Mountain Bike, City Bike, or even Exercise Bike. Furthermore, for it’s steered by the principal bicycle rider so that it can be used by children, elders, and even the disabled.  Parallel-Riding Bicycle has a set of coupling bars. Four rows of perpendicularly-arranged springs lined between the bars. Therefore, the three-wheeled bicycle can lean with the principal and auxiliary bicycle paralleled within a limited range to prevent overturn.

 Springs are interlaced between ends of joint configuration, which can resist deformation and therefore maintain the stability of both principal and auxiliary bicycle bodies. Utilizing quantity discrepancy of these four rows of springs and the location of hook holes to change pulling force and therefore make the auxiliary seat post remain level when it’s motionless instead of leaning forward or backward.

 In case the principal and auxiliary bicycle bodies encounter height discrepancy or are operated on uneven ground, for example, the ground level in which auxiliary bicycle located is higher than that of principal bicycle in the left side, the left end of coupling link will lean downwards as shown in the left exhibition. When this three-wheeled bicycle is turning, for instance, turning right, it shall be like that shown in the right exhibition. The number of invention patent application is PCT/CN08/ dated June 10, 2008.
