Rules Get one of each of the following: Lottery Ticket Can be used whenever If not used at all, player wins! Cost Card Applied Once, Budgeted monthly Aid Card Applied Once, Budgeted monthly Spending Card Applied Monthly Home Card Applied Monthly Player must budget SEPTEMBER If player is “in the red”, they must use their lotto ticket If player is “in the black” after SEPTEMBER, they can re-draw If player is “in the black” after SEPTEMBER, they can keep their cards Player must budget OCTOBER If player is “in the red”, they must use their lotto ticket If player is “in the red” and already used lotto ticket, they MUST re-draw for Aid Can only be done ONCE! If player is “in the black” after OCTOBER, they can re-draw If player is “in the black” after OCTOBER, they can keep their cards Player must budget NOVEMBER If player is “in the red”, they must use their lotto ticket (if not already) If player is “in the red” and has already used lotto ticket and re-draw for Aid, player gets a “HOLD” If player is “in the black” after SEPTEMBER, they can re-draw If player is “in the black” after SEPTEMBER, they can keep their cards Player must budget DECEMBER If player is “in the red”, they must use their lotto ticket If player is “in the red” and has already used lotto ticket and re-draw for Aid, player gets a “HOLD” If player already had a “HOLD” and is “in the red”, they must draw a “TOOL” If player is “in the black” after DECEMBER, they can re-draw all 4 cards If no re-draw is selected, then they must grab a ”TOOL” Players left at the end of December without a “HOLD” are the “winners”
