The ocean is very cold. The farther you go down the in the ocean the colder it gets.

This habitat is located everywhere on earth. The five oceans are all connected to each other. The names of the five oceans are the Pacific Ocean, Atlantic Ocean, Artic Ocean, and Southern Ocean.

Some of the plants that live in this habitat are seaweed, sea kelp, and sea fan.

Some of the animals that live in the ocean are the pacific octopus, the moon jellyfish, the pacific white sided dolphin, and the blue sea star.

One animal to animal interaction is that a remora fish swims under the blue shark and when the shark eats, the remora eats the leftovers. The blue shark will scare the predators away that want to eat the remora fish.

Two interesting facts we learned are that a coral is an animal, and hermit crabs do not have hard shells. They have to find a shell to live in.
