Conditions The use of additional equipment or furniture, which is not available within the venues, full meal, bar beverages, use of third party catering by client, major branding, parking facilities, additional security services will be charged extra and are subject to separate agreement In case of multiple use of the venues for private events (several shows in a row or an agreement for long-term partnership) additional discounts will be provided Orders for IMAX cinema private hire are accepted 7 days before the event and require 100% down payment which is non-refundable if the order is cancelled less than 4 days before the event In case of any cancellation from IMAX we will inform not later than 3 days for either a change show date, refund and offer advertising avenues offered at IMAX Kenya All the rates stated above are subject to VAT
