Investment Project Construction of corn transloading terminal in the port Yuzhny

2 Location Area Location – Ukraine, Odessa region, port Yuzhny. Platform of the supposed construction of marine corn terminal is located on the west coast of Small Adzhalycksky Basin in 25 km to north-east of Odessa on seaside of the Black sea.

3 Project Description Marine corn terminal will be intended for receiving of corn cargos from automobile, railway transport, also intended for corn cleaning, drying, short- term storage and marine vessels shipping. Export of corn cargos will be carried out in countries of Mediterranean basin and Middle East, countries of the Indian Ocean and Southeast Asia. Shipment of corn cargos for export is provided by marine specialized vessels – bulk cargo ships.

4 Advantages of the considered plot for construction Possible connection to operating transportation lines and utility networks; Possibility to use existent water areas, water approaches, outer roads and means of navigation situation with necessity of dredging works only for creation of operational water and water approach; Possibility to use existent objects to provide all-inclusive services for fleet and vessels for duty assistant purpose; Availability of skilled manpower.
