The history of headphones BY: hailee kay nero

Nathaniel Baldwin was born on December 1, 1878 invented headphones in the 20th century, well they are commonly used in the 20th century. He made them by hand in his kitchen and sold them to the U.S.Navy. Very sensitive headphones such as those manufactured by Brandes around 1919 were commonly used for early radio work. Nathanial Baldwin died on January 19, 1961 at his sons home. 

success! Before he died he Baldwin studied at Brigham Young Academy (BYA), Utah State Agricultural College,[2] and then Stanford University, receiving a degree in electrical engineering.[3] He then returned to BYA to teach physics and theology and remained after its name changed to Brigham Young University (BYU). Though the LDS Church had officially discontinued the practice of polygamy in 1890, and again in 1904, fellow professor John Tanner Clark convinced Baldwin the church was making a mistake. Since the LDS Church owned BYU, this led to Baldwin's firing and Clark's excommunication in 1905.[2]

How headphones changed the world..! You can travel with these You don’t have to plug these up into a wall. What are they good for? They are not a distraction to others..(unless the music is up to loud) You can listen to anything on them and they are ant where if you want them and you can get them little which are called earbuds or you can big.

Where can you get them??:0 Headphones and earbuds are everywhere .like Wal-Mart and best buy and etc….

Is There A newer version of headphones today?? Earbuds and Earphones Among audio professionals, earbuds and earphones refer to very small headphones that are fitted directly in the outer ear, facing but not inserted in the ear canal; they have no band or other arrangement to fit over the head. (However, many consumer-quality in- ear-canal systems are also called earbuds by their manufacturers.
