Review Game Ideas & Hints Before starting the game, I would suggest having each student get a blank sheet of paper out to show their work on. One idea would be to have students turn in this sheet of paper in order to increase accountability. You could also use white boards. To increase participation I give the group who chose the question the full points if they answer the question correctly, and all the other groups half the point value if they answer the question correctly. This ensures all students do all of the questions. Giving students a specific amount of time for each question also helps keep their attention. To start the game go to the title page and then start the slide show. When clicking on the slide to move to the next appropriate slide, be sure you see the hand, not the arrow. (If you put your cursor over a text box, it will be an arrow and WILL NOT take you to the right location.)

Choose a category. You must give the correct answer to each question. Click to begin.

Equivalent Ratios

Two quantities that have a constant rate or ratio are said to be what?

Proportional

Define a scale drawing or a scale model.

A scale drawing or a scale model is used to represent something that is too large or too small for an actual-size drawing.

The constant rate of change in y with respect to the constant change in x or the rate of change on a graph is called what?

Slope

Define the term scale factor.

A scale written as a ratio in simplest form without units of measurement is a scale factor.

Write the ratio as a fraction in simplest form: 16 dogs to 12 cats
