6 What is a “Full Series”?? A full or complete series of radiographs can be defines as: –A series of intraoral radiographs that show all of the “tooth- bearing” areas of the upper and lower jaws. 7 Tooth-Bearing Areas These are the regions of the maxilla (upper jaw) and the mandible (lower jaw), where the 32 teeth of the human dentition are normally located.
