9 Innovation Energie Développement Project’s Outputs & results (2) 1.6 ASEAN experts have got training in France to ensure full transfer of know-how 2.Trained on software : about 60 REE staff, 20 EDC provincial staff in Cambodia, 14 PESCO staff in Laos PDR 3.Specific analysis of EDC billing system 4.3O REE and 6 PESCO have got subsidies on PC purchasing to use the software for better management

10 Innovation Energie Développement Conclusions 1.Multiplier effects Contribute towards strengthening the rural electrification actions  can be adopted by others ESCO Approach and its software can be adapted for other countries & institutions 2.Impacts & Sustainability Building the global partnership with private sector, public authority, financial community to ensure the sustainability; Significant improvement of management methods Replication of whole approach, methodology, tools, network, capacity building, setup the process.

11 Innovation Energie Développement Recommendations Close works between local partners are much needed  more local support in the future Close follow-up actions must be ensured for monitoring of the performance and links with other programs Capacity building for countries at both institutional level and end-user level is very important
