IPv6 RATIONALE RIR urged Internet stakeholders to adopt IPv6 –RIR, APNIC is second to RIPE to have the largest IPv6 allocation in sizes and numbers Continuous utilization of IPv4 might be more expensive for individual users IPv6 is supported by EC, 3GPP, OCCAID, OECD and members IPv6 is a PRIORITY to most, if not all, developing countries and leading economies

IPv6 in ICT Programs OECD’s two of the top ten ICT policy priorities 1.Government online, government as model users 2.Broadband IPv6 resources, guidelines available to prospective users

ISOC.PH for Internet and IPv6 Collaborate through –Internet Society ( –Government agencies in related causes and policy making bodies –Individual and businesses –Forums, public discussions and dialogues –Continuous advocacy for the responsible use of Internet and due diligence to the adoption of IPv6, sharing resources and information equally to current and prospective members
