Regional Administrator Duties – Provide… 1.Leadership 2.Vision 3.Administrative oversight 4.Identify local and regional needs 5.Evaluation of program and services 6.Identify technologies and utilize technologies 7.Provide access to training 8.Maintain local relationships 9.Civil rights compliance

Leadership Transformational Leader –Leadership that leads to positive change for everyone to succeed –Convey clear vision of goals and outcomes –Reward creativity, enthusiasm and innovation –Inspires faculty & staff to change expectations, perceptions and motivations –I will need to earn your trust, respect, admiration –I always challenge status quo while encouraging creativity
