Our Oasis Global Partner is Oasis Bangladesh Lovely (also known as Angela) has been working with Oasis for around 8 years. She is married and has a little girl. She loves working with the girls at the Duaripara Project.

What does Lovely and her team do? Just like Oasis Academy Henderson Avenue works to help you to be the best that you can be, Oasis Bangladesh is doing the same in Dhaka, the capital city. Oasis Bangladesh works with some of the poorest people in the country to help them reach their full-potential.

Oasis Bangladesh Projects We work in a very poor part of Dhaka – in a place called Duaripara. We help girls to be able to go to school and we help their families to keep healthy and earn a better income. We help girls who have been sent to work in India to come back home to Bangladesh. We are planning to start some community work in the rural north of the country.
