3 About Us Founded in 2005 Charity Number 1112323 Run entirely by volunteers No paid offices One acre of rainforest can contain 1,500 plant species. 3

Empowerment – finding leaders who can inspire others 7 LIVE With A Bit More Wisdom 2 million people die from tuberculosis every year.

8 Donations To Charities The Wisdom Trust donates 70% of its income to support other charities and good causes, worldwide. Our users, young and old alike, decide which causes get donations via an online vote on our website. Over 600 charities and good causes are so far listed on our website, from 32 countries worldwide. 8 The tiger now has a worldwide population of less than 7,500.

9 Where Does Our Money Come From? Our fundraising policy means “no hands in pocket” – we never ask our members for money, but rather convert their online activity into funding. Online Advertising. 10 Grants For Individuals We offer help for individuals in 3 ways: Eco Grants – to help reduce people’s carbon footprint at home, at school or in the office. Education Grants – helping students offset the cost of their higher education. Wisdom TV and Radio Wisdom Operating 24/7, promoting those issues and campaigns that are important to all our partner organisations and providing a platform for budding Wisdom Trust producers, directors and presenters. Words Of Wisdom and The Wisdom Times Anyone, regardless of age or experience, can aspire to become a Wisdom Trust correspondent on these two new important publications. 11 $10 billion would provide basic education for every child in the developing world.

12 Communities With Wisdom Communities with Wisdom Educating local people - inspiring them to make a difference – connecting them online with people from other communities.
