 Assures that we are engaging in continuous quality improvement by providing an institutional example  Can be time-limited or ongoing  Genuine effort at quality improvement, not achievement of QI goals, is desired  Must be sufficient in scope and significance

 Year by year plan has been developed. For 2014/15:  Assessment Committee and Retention Council continue to work on their initiatives  Collect needed documentation on federal requirements and on HLC assumed practices  Set up folders in N: drive for long term storage of materials related to each criterion  Contribute materials to our evidence file  Set up criterion committees for indepth work in 2015/16  Ask our HLC Liaison to come to campus, provide assistance and consultation
