Does not mean “believes all things” A person falls for everything he is told 1 Jn.4:1 “Beloved, do not believe every spirit” 1 Thes.5:21 “Prove all things; hold fast that which is good.”

It does Mean “believes all things” Ready to accept what the evidence supports Keep an open mind Ready to believe whatever ought to be believed Mind open to receive all truth

Matthew 13:15 For the hearts of this people have grown dull. Their ears are hard of hearing, And their eyes they have closed, Lest they should see with their eyes and hear with their ears, Lest they should understand with their hearts and turn, So that I should heal them.'

Nothing wrong with the lesson Preacher was excellent The problem was with the hearers  They did not have an open mind  They did not love the truth

Love gives truth a chance Love “believes all things” We have an open mind to learn what God wants us to do
