Cutting Down By Brandon King

One sunny day Josh the tiger came out to play football with his friends Crich and Crikle when they saw a man cutting down their favorite tree. They yelled, “Stop!”. The man couldn’t hear them.

Then they yelled some more and finally he heard them yelling, ‘’Stop! Stop!’’ Then the man asked them, “Why are you yelling so loud?’’ They said, “Because you’re cutting down our favorite tree.”

Then he thought for a minute, then he knew what to say so he told them, ‘’it’s part of my job’’ so the kids responded, ‘’but can you please not cut down this tree?’’ The man said, “Sorry but I was already paid to cut down the trees’’.

But then Ms. Rich told the man that his boss Richard told him to keep the trees. ‘’Yeah!’’ the kids yelled.
