2 nd Seventh Period

Afternoon Procedures When the bell rings at 4:15, gather your things and quickly exit the building. Students are not allowed to “hang out” in the building. Bus Riders ◦ We are the first pick-up. Buses leave at 4:20. ◦ Walk to bus. ◦ If bus is already leaving, do not run to catch it. You’ll have to call a parent to pick you up.

Afternoon Procedures Parent Pick-up ◦ Students will exit through the front of the building  (main entrance, band hall, doors near library, B hall) ◦ Walk to front sidewalk. ◦ Wait for parent to pull up to the curb before getting in. ◦ Students will not be allowed to walk across any parking lot to get to their parents car. ◦ Side lot next to A wing is also a parent pick up area (primarily 6 th grade).

Morning Procedures Building opens at 8:15. As soon as you are dropped off you need to enter the building and report to the cafeteria. There is no “hanging out” outside or going to classrooms. If you arrive earlier than 8:15 you will need to sign up for Klub Krash. Cafeteria opens at 8:15 for all students. Breakfast served from 8:15 until 8:55 bell.

Morning Procedures At 8:30 a bell will ring allowing you to go to tutorials, or the cafeteria. Any student still eating may stay in the cafeteria. 7 th & 8 th graders may hang out in the foyer between the A-gym and cafeteria until 8:55. 6 th graders may stay in the cafeteria. At no time are students allowed to wander the hallways. At 8:45 a “stay-put” bell will ring.

Morning Procedures Doors to the C and D buildings do not open until 8:55. Access to the A, B, and C halls is through the main hall by the office. Again: wandering the halls or hanging out in the hallways is NOT and option in the morning. Students need to be in a classroom or designated holding area until the 8:55 bell rings.

Questions?

Bus Reminders A bus is ready when it is at a complete stop and the driver has opened the door. Do not rush towards the buses as they are approaching. Load your bus as soon as it arrives. Once the bus starts moving, students will not be allowed to rush to catch the bus.

Bus Numbers Do you know your bus number? If not we can look it up.

Tomorrow we start the day by going to first period at 9:00. Tonight, be sure to give all handouts to parents. Get a good night’s rest!
