On Airport Rental Car 86.25% of respondents charge this type of fee  82.25% base this fee strictly on a percentage of gross.  Avg.: 9.87%, min: 4%, max: 12.75%  13.75% base this fee on a percentage of gross in addition to a Minimum Agreement Guarantee.
