For them, buying a house or a flat is costly. Besides, they feel they have no time to look after the continuous repairs. Moreover, they think that having a house may limit their freedom to move. He will be worried a bout having to sell his house in time and so he might be stuck in one place forever. The more important question is whether enough dwellings are available. Obviously, this is a major concern of society. the population is increasing rapidly and thousands of houses and flats are being built. So many building are designed using different materials, such as stone, bricks and cement as well as coloured marble for panels and tiles.

The flats usually have two or three and inside lavatories. Many bedrooms and one large or two smaller living rooms. All flats have kitchens and bathrooms with hot and cold running water have central heating.

As for house, most of them are detached, having one floor. However, some are split-level, having two storeys with living room on the ground floor and bed room upstairs. Some houses are built on a large area and surrounded by beautiful gardens.
