ICT Development Index (Digital Opportunity Index) b. Measuring and benchmarking of digital divide c. Universal accessibility of nations to ICTs d. Gender-specific indicators on ICT use and needs e. A website on best practices and success stories f. Setting up “coherent and internationally comparable statistical indicator systems”
