STEP 1: Identify Benefits I. Administrative Benefits Maximize use of funding and staff Increase knowledge and skills of staff Reduction of administrative cost II.Program Benefits Increase Outcomes (Common Measures) Expansion of Partner Network III.Participant Benefits Increase availability of services and training Increase exposure to peers and positive adult mentors Increase participant’s well-being and/or health
