Pollution Wasting resources Building People harm natural resources by:

 Waste that harms air, water or land is pollution.  When people make pollution, they harm natural resources.  Give me an example.

 1. Smoke and fumes from factories and cars.  2. Trash, oil spills and waste.  3. Litter blocks the light from plants.

 When the people use a lot of the resources.  For example when the they keep the lights and the TV on when they are not using them.  When they use too much water when they brush their teeth or have a bathe.

 People may cut down trees from a place to use this space to build a house for example.  By doing this they wasted the trees and they harmed the animals. Animals will lose their homes and the source of food.
